OUR STORY

BCI (Barnsley Cancer Information) has been created to support anyone who is concerned about cancer either following a diagnosis or worried about early signs and symptoms. It is also there to support anyone who is caring for someone who has cancer.

The website was created following the pandemic where many local people diagnosed struggled with obtaining information about their diagnosis and possible support. The site will provide 24 hour access to many trusted links to local and national agencies that will help you along your journey around your diagnosis, treatment, ongoing care and further support you might need.
