Barnsley Cancer Action Group

It runs from Barnsley Hospital and helps Cancer Services share cancer updates and processes to support future patient wellbeing and care.

BCAG meets at Barnsley Hospital bi monthly and welcomes all new members who have previously had a cancer diagnosis and now wishes to influence care for new cancer patients.
We meet mainly in the hospital restaurant at 5pm and occasional on Teams (when it is winter). Parking is covered and beverages.

We always welcome new members – you can come and listen and try it out. You don’t need any special skills just the drive to be part of improvements in cancer care. We are not a support group, although we do still support each other. The main purpose is to make changes.
