Worries about work can be common as you may need to take time off work or breaks in education.
You can access help /support regarding these aspects of your life from varied sources. It is important however to follow any guidance given to you by your medical teams as regards time needed away from these activities.

Working Win
Is a free service that supports people who have a health condition and are struggling to work. The service will work with you to build on your strengths, and to feel settled and flourish in your role. You will receive one to one support, support you to apply for relevant grants, help you with applications, CV’s and interview skills. If this is of interest then take a look at their website
